Jefferson Hot Emergency Lunch Program (J.HeL.P.) provides hot meals five-days-a -week to those under 60 years of age that do not qualify for Meals on Wheels. Volunteers of America staffs an office at the Action Center to oversee both the Meals on Wheels program for Jefferson County in addition to J.HeL.P.
